  • Internet, television. Television has a better chance of putting me back to sleep though.

  • Watch TV - check out CM Questions (LOL - like right now!) - play farmville or frontierville on FB - make hair bows - fold laundry (not a favorite choice though I have diapers to fold right now - lol)

  • Celestial Seasonings Chamomile, Honey Vanilla Chamomile or Tension Tamer teas work wonders. Sometimes a warm glass of milk will help.

  • When I can't sleep, I work .. and usually end up accomplishing A LOT ! :-)

I work full time and started an internet business last year .. my goal is to quit my full time job and work from home full time by September .. so I am inspired and motivated to make that happen. Sometimes I get some really great ideas and inspiration late at night, so instead of laying in bed trying to force myself to sleep when my mind is racing, I grab a nice hot cup of tea and get to work.

Instead of being overly tired the next day, I'm usually filled with a sense of accomplishment and inspiration knowing I've taken another step towards my goal.
