  • The kind with the custom forming bleach trays are best. It comes with a form you heat in hot water & put in your mouth & bite down to form to the shape of your teeth. Then, you put the whitening gel in the tray & then on your teeth. The strip kinds slip a lot & don't really get in between your teeth all that well.

  • Trays are best for getting in between. I don't know any name brands as my DD is in dentistry and made my bleach trays from molds of my teeth. But, look at the store and look at the ones with the trays.

  • I bought these bleach trays from Walmart. Not sure of the brand but I prefer the trays over strips.
