Tone the hips/thighs/butt?

I know I need to cut out some unhealthy eating habits, but how else can I get a toned butt and lose some inches off my thighs and "love handles"? I tend to put on muscle pretty easily, so I don't want to do anything that will cause my butt to get BIG. And I don't run... except after my toddler :-)

  • I agree - squats is the way to go! Lunges are good too. Have you tried yoga? it is really good for the lower body and all over!

  • i've lost all my baby weight (each time i gained 60 lbs) just by consistently walking my dogs and pushing the stroller. i did anywhere from 3-7 miles a day walking briskly. we all benefit

  • Get the Jillian Michaels dvd 30 day shred its like $10 at walmart!! It will get everything into shape!!! Absolutely love that dvd.

  • You really have to eat right, do cardio and focus on all over body workouts. This region is the last place women loose their weight.

  • WATP videos helped me get back into exercising with low impact walking in my living room, helped me start losing inches in my thighs and butt. I then stepped it up with The Biggest Loser's Power Walk videos, my pants are all very baggy now, my thighs have lost about three inches in 7 weeks!
