  • It is pretty normal. Late pregnancy is what is causing it. Your body is preparing for the birth of your child. The pubic bone separates to make room in the birth canal. Some women begin having pubic pain as early as 12 weeks.

  • I'm 28 weeks and mine is killing me. It's part stabbing pain and part worst sprain since high school! It sucks.

  • You can talk to your doctor. If the pain is too bad you can get a support belt and even go to PT.

  • I remember that. If you can get to a pool - do it!

  • 35 weeks on Friday for me and you are not alone! It's perfectly normal though. I was told its a good sign that things are progressing. YAY us!

  • It's normal. You baby has probably dropped and the head is putting a lot of pressure on it. Around the last month of my pregnancy my pubic area was really uncomfortable too, especially when I would sit down and stand up.
