I got a BFP!!!!!

I got a BFP yesterday and according to my LMP I am 6 weeks but i am concerned that something might be wrong since it took so long to get a BFP I am thinking maybe my hcg levels aren,t where they are supposed to be. I have a doc appt. just waiting on my insurance card from the union hall. Am I just being silly or should i be concerned?

  • I am confused too. I am going to say it is possible your hormone levels are down, but you should maybe ask a Dr. if you should be worried.

  • I tested yesterday got a bfp but I have taken countless test and they have all been negative until yesterday. I have tested every other day for at least two weeks and nothing until i got a dark positive yesterday. So it makes me wonder if my hcg levels are ok. I do have a doc appt next week. im just worried since ive had two miscarriages before. Has anyone else taken so long for them to get a BFP and had a healthy pregnancy?

  • it takes a while for hormones to show up at a level that a test can pick up on... so, I wouldn't worry so much.

  • Mine showed up when I was 2 weeks. Are you having any other symptoms? It's good that you are going to the doctors

  • Are you 100% sure when you ovulated? If your not charting you might have ovulated later then you think. Hope everything turns out well!
