New puppy (potty training)

We just got a new puppy from the humane society. She is absolutely adorable! But........we are having a hard time potty training her. We live in a condo, which only has a patio (no Backyard). Does anyone have any helpful hints to make the training easier/ faster? We did but a crate to put her in at night, but during the day, if somebody's attention gets diverted, she leaves presents, LOL. HELP!!!!!!

  • It takes alot of time and patience, but i would take her out atleast every 2 hrs when your able too. We had a black lab and she was so hard to train. it took us a few months. Good luck!

  • My puppy gets taken out every hour or two and does his thing, but he still will have accidents in the house. When he has an accident it is not his fault, its ours for not paying attention to his cues. He doesnt get punished for accidents, but gets allot of praise and treats for going outside. We have had him for 2 weeks he is better than he was...but it could take months or longer to get him fully trained! Be patient, she will get it!
