  • Rosetta Stone really is the best program but it is expensive. Other options are taking a class at a community college (but that usually focuses on reading), listening to tapes, or finding a tutor.

  • If money isn't an object, try total immersion with www.berlitz.com. It is a language school.

  • theres community centers and they most our free and you can learn there or watch tv
