  • have lots of varitey of things, have everything like clothes out so people can see easy, everything priced ready to go, have in a good location, kids things sell the most, to make more money have easy baked goods to sell like banana bread or cookies cause the longer they are there they will continue to look and might just find what they are looking for.

  • Yup two things
Don't try to sell crap that needs to be thrown away
Don't try to get any real money for your stuff.

  • Make sure things are in good condition and don't clutter things together. It will also look like you have more to look at. Put the things you can at eye level. Chances are if they can see it good, they might buy it. And don't price things to high. If someone looks at the price tag on something small and it's over $10, they will probably just pass it up.

  • ~*Nope*~... I do not personally have yard sells, but see if your local paper will post it free (some do), Penny Saver, Craigs List, and various other places like local social networking groups

  • I would say have a lot of things to sell. Be prepared to be talked down. I had things for sale for $10. People immediately said. "will you take $5?" I always said yes. Ours was great. As we were setting up people were buying things. We didn't even put up a sign.
