DD likes to twist her hair when she is sleepy.

She's twisted it so bad that it's been knotted to the point where I have to cut the knot out. What can I do to get her to stop???

  • Try braiding her hair at night. Or even a stuffed toy with longer fur. Maybe she would wind her little fingers around that fur rather than her own hair.
