Any advice on how I can gain weight?

I have been having a hard time keeping my weight up, and I am currently only a few points from being "underweight"..according to the BMI chart. I feel as though I'm starting to look gaunt, and I just want to add some body fat. Any suggestions??

  • Eat a lot of good fats, like olive oil and avocado.

  • Hamburgers. Eat a lot. Ice cream at night. Some protein bars help weight. Meats. Eating late at night. Fatty foods. Fast foods....... -_- yum I'm about to go eat lol

  • Depends on what is medically wrong with you? If you are eating properly now. You should not worry about gaining weight.

  • Ever since I started my current medication, I have been losing weight. I am pretty toned, except for the extra skin on my tummy, and I do not want to gain weight by building muscle. I don't like the skinny, muscular woman look.

  • To slow down your metabolism, eat 2-3 big meals instead of 4 -6 small meals.
