DOES ANYBODY KNOW ABOUT ABR HEARING TEST AND HOW ACCURATE IS IT FOR DOING ON AN INFANT?

  • Do you mean the in hospital ones? Babies can often fail in hospital hearing tests due to fluid being in their ears after their birth. My son failed 3 in hospital hearing tests over one week, but when he was rechecked at 3 months his hearing was fine.

  • my son passed his hearing test just to find out when he went to school he was pretty much deaf so you need to do another one later on then just when they are born...
