When trying to lose weight, when do you think is the best time to have your biggest meal and wich meal should be your biggest, breakfast, lunch, dinner?

  • Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day and make sure that you incoproreate protien in there so that when noon rolls around that you won't be feeling like you are starved and overeat. Drink plenty of water during the day helps keep hunger at bay too.

  • I'd say lunch or dinner, as long as it's an early dinner and you have time to work off some of the calories. If you tend to not eat lunch, or you eat dinner late, then by all means have a big breakfast!
