Best workout that's not a workout?

What's the thing you do in your every day life that gives you the best workout? Not a planned workout, just something you do that leaves you feeling like you went to the gym.

I just unpacked three garbage bags of stuff from my ex's place - organized it, took photos of things to sell online, and tidied my room once I was done. Whew! I am exhausted!

  • Wait do ya'll remember going to the club and dancing the night away? I do and I remember my legs HURTING the next day. Dang thats a good workout and good reason to go out too. Cardio, aerobics, and partying all at the sametime. What a concept!!!

  • HAHA moving a futon mattress. That thing is just dead weight. Also, unpacking boxes and dancing while doing it. And the Gym to do weights and hill sprints on the bike : )
