  • im making pizza.

have a can of refrigerated dough, roll it out on a baking sheet and add your toppings :) im adding a jar of pizza sauce, some mozzerella cheese, and pepperoni's. granted its not exactly "home-made" since im not making my own dough or sauce, but, its probably a lot better for you than delivery or frozen pizza. and its really simple & yummy!

  • We're having BBQ ribs with salad, butter noodles, rolls and fresh pineapple. But on nights I don't feel like cooking I usually make quesadillas, because they just require a tortilla shell and cheese, or homemade mac n cheese cause it takes like 10 minutes to prepare, 30 to cook and then its done.

  • Quesadillas are the easiest. We add Chicken to ours and refried beans. Soo good!
You can also have grilled ham and cheese .. Add a bowl of soup or chili to the side.

Tonight we're having Kilbasa, Veggies, and seasoned potatoes..

  • PS, I never knew how easy sushi was to make..... CA Rolls are quick and inexpensive....

Also, another quick and easy meal we do is make your own pizza night.... Pizza Dough (or bagels/eng muffins if you don't make the dough) and let the kids each "make" their own...... With a dinner salad.... My youngest makes PB&J (or nutella) pizza's sometimes.. LOL..
