WYR diet and exercise or eat a variety of foods, smaller portions, exercise and no dieting?

I'd rather eat smaller portions and a variety of foods instead of dieting. I need to get motivated to exercise, though.

  • i can't live w/o exercise. it's my life. i love working out. it just feels so good. i don't diet. i eat w/e i want but i naturally eat healthy cause i don't like junk food.

  • Eat smaller portions and you will lose weight people eat way over what they are suppose to and that's why they are overweight, but if you do a good workout you can eat more of what you want as long as you work it off
