Has anyone done this and been successful at losing weight? What did you do first? Have you ever just thrown all your junk out? Today I told myself, THIS TIME was going to be the time I was going to lose weight. I've been pretty good with portion control and eating healthy and also was a little more active around the house.

Yes! That day was Jan 19th of 2011! I was always very fit then I got prego with my triplets! With all the stress and the non sleep I let my body go..... Well no longer I have started working out and we will go for walks go bike rides every other day this summer I will reach my goal of 140 by Nov.!
Also I stop cold turkey with Fast Food also drink a lot less soda!
