Do u ever yell at your husband and feel bad later

When I get around that time I am soooo mean . I find myself yelling at my husband and being so hateful. Well we have been married since we were 20 and are now 28 so that could be part of it lol. But I say some of the most hateful things and then feel horrible about it later . Does any of u do this around that time? My sis said it could be PPMD. hmm idk?? Not trying to blame it on that either just not sure

  • I think what ever we say in our anger hurt most b'coz first we say it without giving it a thought and we usually donot mean what we say, I try not to say even a thing when I'm angry

  • I have and I'm sure so has he. In the end, we work our issues out and forgive each other, but I do notice when I say something, the more time I have to think about it...the more I have to reflect and apologize...and it's usually petty things.
