  • STEADY WEIGHT GAIN MAY NOT HAPPEN UNTIL 5 MONTHS OR SO. WEIGHT WILL FLUCTUATE UP AND DOWN, ESPECIALLY WITH MORNING SICKNESS. AND YOU WILL GAIN THE MAJORITY OF YOUR PREGNANCY WEIGHT DURING THE LAST 3 MONTHS OR SO. 117 IS VERY PETITE SO TRY 2 MAKE SURE YOU GAIN PLENTY.
EAT PLENTY CARBS AND GRAINS AND PROTEIN.
TRY NOT TO WEIGH YOURSELF CONSTANTLY.

  • Your doctor will address any weight issues. What's happened in the past isn't such a big deal, but you should start putting on weight now. Your OB might suggest something to help you keep your food down. Good luck!

  • early durring my pregnancy my weight went from real low to real high then back down again. I asked my OB and he told me that it was normal but if i was loosing weight after 5 months then I had something to worry about. I would say talk to your DR. you should start gaining and not losing especially at 5 months. good luck!
