  • Weight always drops quicker in the beginning, but don't be surpised if you don't keep all of it off, or if you do the same thing for another week and only lose 1lb.

  • 7 lbs is a bit extreme to lose in a week. However, if you weren't used to working out or eating correctly then it is probably normal for the first week. Don't get discouraged when it tapers off to 2-3 lbs a week (which is the healthy way, and it helps keep it off). Remember, the slower you lose the more likely you are to keep it off. Good Luck and keep up the good work.

  • A lot of times it is just water weight so that is not that uncommon.

  • It's a lot to lose in one week, just don't expect to continue at that rate.
