Lost 7 pounds in less then a week....

I was so amazed by it.. i never thought i was doing that good at workin out nd eeatin right!!! My SO had told me i look a bit skinnier nd i do feel a bit lighter then usual, but how did i lose that much weight so fast... Is this somethin i should worry about or to be happy about?

  • no. it's normal to have weight come off like that when you're trying to lose it

  • Weight always drops quicker in the beginning, but don't be surpised if you don't keep all of it off, or if you do the same thing for another week and only lose 1lb.

  • 7 lbs is a bit extreme to lose in a week. However, if you weren't used to working out or eating correctly then it is probably normal for the first week. Don't get discouraged when it tapers off to 2-3 lbs a week (which is the healthy way, and it helps keep it off). Remember, the slower you lose the more likely you are to keep it off.   • A lot of times it is just water weight so that is not that uncommon.
