  • Mine:
*Babbles a TON...talks to anyone who will listen!
*Tries to tear peoples faces off (lol)
*Does the "army crawl" and is now getting up on all 4's and rocks back and forth
    *Eats baby food...Stage 1 and 2
*Recognizes her name when called (most of the time)

I hope that was what you were talking about! lol, as far as what she is doing right now, heh, she is terrorizing my living room!

  • has the best milestone charts. They show you what skills most 6 month olds have, what skills they are mastering right now, and what skills are just emerging.

Just remember, don't get caught up in comparing your baby to the chart. Use the chart to spot problems (your child is several months behind in a skill) and to figure out what types of toys and games will help those emerging skills. Enjoy your baby; don't compare him to others or use the charts to brag about him.

  • If you have What To Expect The First Year, it does the same thing as Baby Center.

  • MIne is:
sitting up independently for about 30 seconds at a time (sometimes a little longer)
    talking alot
saying DADA (doesnt know what it means obviously)
scratching my face off (thanks PP, Im not alone :) )
eating about 1 jar baby food per day along with about 25 oz of formula
jumping when I hold her to stand
