Just want some reassurance that I'm doing my job right or some tips if I'm not.
A typical day for him:
Breakfast: cheerios and fruit or oatmeal and fruit. Once or twice a week I'll make him scrambled eggs (low salt and no butter) because he LOVES eggs.
Lunch: I either steam frozen or fresh veggies and he usually gets a cup of yogurt afterward or sometimes I'll cut up a few pieces of cheddar cheese for him so he gets enough protein.
Dinner: I keep it fast and easy for dinner. He usually gets one of those Gerber meals for toddlers but I do cut up fresh or frozen (thawed) fruit for him to eat when he's done with his main course.
