Toddler room chandelier??????

Hi I am starting to decorate my daughters room. I have a 7 foot celeing which I guess is average. I want to put a chandleir in her room does anone else have one and how high is youre celeing thanks!!!!

  • 7 foot is low. They are usually 8 feet. I would think you would bang your head on it.

  • I would go with a flush mount fixture, because as mompam said your ceiling is low.

  • My room had a chandelier that was mounted right on the ceiing it didn't hang too low and was sparkly, look on Lowe's for flush mount chandelier! Too cute by the way!

  • I have chandaliers in the dining room, entry and breakfast area but my lowest ceiling is 10 ft. All the others are 12 ft. In a 7ft room I would put a flush mount fixture. Chandaliers in kiods room is a recipe for disaster IMHO.

  • I have been looking for flush mount chandeliers. Stupid question thaey wouldnt hang down at all right? Does anyone know where I could find a sparkly one thats not to expensive?

  • I got mine at Lowes, flush mount, and hangs just about like a ceiling light would! I paid about $150 for it!
