Would you do it?

I work a desk job and have been doing well about going and working out at ight after work. :)

I never take my 15 minute breaks while at work because I literally don't think about it.

I thought about taking "stress relief/work out walks" during my fifteen minutes breaks... but I'd have to set an alarm on my phone and hope I can get away from my desk, lol.

Would you do it? Or just be happy I get the work out in at night?

  • Would i do it? Personally no, but thats because i'm lazy and i just dont do the work out thing!

  • I would try to get up and walk at work but still work out in the evening.

  • I would try to get a walk in on my 15 minute break and then do a good workout after you clock out. I hope that this helps you.
