For those who have boys and girls did have less morning sickness with the girls than boys???

  • I had  more morning sickness with my son. He was my first baby so that could have played a factor as well because they say your first child usually gives you more symptoms.

  • Morning sickness for both pregnancies was about the same, but with my boy i had heartburn often because he was born with a head full of hair.

  • I have a boy and two girls... I threw up the most with my boy, my older girl was the easiest pregnancy in terms of morning sickness, and with my younger girl I didn't throw up as much as I did with my son but I was nauseated and threw up periodically until I was in my third tri.
