Is walking up and down 3 flights of stairs all the time good excersize?

i am 21 weeks pregnant and i just got two puppies and well we live on the 3rd floor apartment oh joy and i walk up and down up and down up and down literally 50 times a day is this good excersize along with just normal walking?

  • Yes, it is. Lots of times it is recommended for people to use the stairs whenever they can.

  • Its def great for your body but any "routine" is actually not considered working out. I am a waitress and work 8 hours running on my feet. My dr said that since its a "routine" for me then it doesnt count as exercise. As far as being pregnant goes Id def consider it very healthy and a form of exercise! If you can actually feel the burn then its exercise
