What to get a babysitter, nanny, or daycare provider for holidays?

Looking for some inexpensive but meaningful and unique gift ideas. I always run out of ideas and then scramble to pick up something at the last minute!

  • Do you know what kinds of things she likes? If she likes candles, get her a decorative holiday or a scented candle. If she likes music, get her a cd you know she will like (every thing is on sale now). I think gifts where you consider what the person likes is much nicer than one of those generic gift package things that all the stores are flooded with this time of year.
