  • Many times I can figure out what's wrong. There are times a simple system restore solves an issue. I had a really bad virus once, so I did have to call tech support. They took over my computer and fixed it right over the phone (via the web).

  • I do most of it but if I get into something that I can't figure out, my SO does. He is an IT guy so he knows it all.

  • yes depending on the issue if i cant figure it out i ask my dad who is an it guy or my room mate who went to school for computers

  • Yes, for the most part, at least if it's a software issue. I'm not too savvy with hardware so hubby does that sort of stuff, he's an IT guy too.

  • ~*Yes*~... built my first computer outta parts I bought at the computer store...and if I fix a friends PC, hardware or software, I never charge!!! Figure monkies can do it.. hahaha

    But what I enjoy is HTML with kids!!! They catch on and have more passion for it than most adults

  • Most of the time, I fix my own. If it's a hardware problem, I sometimes bring it to work and my coworker helps me fix it. I work in IT, but I deal with software, not hardware.
