Sorry, barf question.

My kids were really sick last week, and while we kept them downstairs on the wood floor, my younger son managed to barf all over my carpet upstairs and my beloved black Converse!

I can't get the smell out of my carpet. We've scrubbed and scrubbed but it's still lingering.

Would a little vinegar added to the steam cleaner water help at all?

  • Yes, vinegar will help remove the odor. Also, you can try some borax, it works really well.
