Portrait Ideas for outside. Got a good photographer but there is snow everywhere!

I dont want snow background but I'd like to get good outdoor photos so I guess I'll either have to come inside or deal with snow. She's gonna be in western wear, a pink with white fringe western dress with matching cowgirl boots and hat and another outfit is casual with her normal every day brown cowgirl boots that she loves. Any ideas for inside backgrounds? I have a good photographer but she doesnt do it for a living so doesnt have supplies like backdrops so i have to supply those.

  • Not sure where located, but do you have access to any very large rocks?
Have her stand on top of a rock. Maybe a fallen tree, stand on the trunk.

Inside - old chests/trunks, wooden boxes, barns, hay bales

  • Shooting in a snowy setting actually makes beautiful photos. It makes the skin tone perfect and colors pop. As long as your photog knows how to adjust her settings for the snow I think the pics will turn out great.

  • Personally I'd do both inside and a few with the snow!! I see nothing wrong with both!! Good Luck!! Do inside by a roaring fireplace!!!

  • The fireplace is a good idea...we have a woodstove that may work well for good pics. Thanks!
