How to do South Beach Diet? The book is confusing.

  • Try their web site maybe that would help you. I did it and lost just like they said but found it to be a lot of work, now we just loosely follow their guidelines and I am still slowly dropping some weight and holding steady on the cholesterol.

  • I use recipes from their cookbooks but don't follow the diet. It's based on different phases of eating. with the first phase being the most controlled.

  • basically do no carbs the first two weeks and then start adding in healthy whole grain carbs..
