  • Stop eating sugary foods. Eventually  you will stop craving them.

  • I agree that you should stop eating sugary foods. The more sugar you consume, the more you crave it.

  • Yes. Go off all sugar. For the first five days, eat the following: B: 2 scrambled eggs cooked with 1 cup fresh spinach...olive oil spray pan, start with spinach, add eggs, and scramle...4 to 5 hours later, eat 1 cup plain organic yogurt (fat free) with 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, and 2 T sliced almonds and a sprinkling of cinnamon, 4 to 5 hours later eat the following salad: 2 cups spinach, 2 T sliced almonds 1 cup frozen rasberries, and a tablespoon of balsamic vineagar (get a good brand, it will taste better)...right before bed, eat another cup of yogurt with a cup of blueberries, 2 T sliced almonds, and a sprinkling of a bar of chocolate that is at least 70% cocoa...higher is better, if you can find one small square a day, letting it melt in your mouth with your eyes closed ..If you follow this exactly, you will detox from sugar, but also keep your glucose balanced in the process.

  • If you boost your protein levels, you'll stop craving sweets. REALLY!
