Do you send cards or letter via traditional mail anymore?

I try to but it's easier to send emails. I certainly use it for business though.

  • I just sent two letters this week, but I told both recipients to look me up on Facebook or Twitter – LOL.

  • mostly just emails.
I think it's going to all but replace paper mail.
Emails are becoming more and more acceptable for invitations and thank you notes now.

Things change all the time, and the standards change with it.
I personally don't see why a handwritten anything is considered to be so much better than typed or on a computer.
I work harder on the computer things by setting up the colors and the design and all.
yet I have relatives that think that the card I bought and signed in about 5 seconds is so much more personal.
    Go figure.

  • I do, but I don't get much back in that way! I just love the art of writing and the sentiment of handwriting, taking the TIME to say you love people or are happy they are friends. Giving my time is giving myself, and it feels disingenuine to me when people do things the quickest and easiest way all the time. It feels like they are telling me that I am not worth their efforts and there are so many more important things for them to do...

  • If I send a card, it's an e-card, and that's what I prefer to receive.

  • Nope. I have an account, and send e-cards to say TY, and for birthdays (unless I bought a gift and am attending a party). I e-mail or FB with friends and family too.

I WILL send holiday cards by mail though.
