Food calorie log ideas

Does anyone have any websites that are free that you can log in what you ate and it tells you how many calories you ate? I know weight watchers site does that but you have to pay for it and its not worth it to me...!

  • They also have an app for the iPhone (and I would imagine other phones, too). I LOVE it! It's so convenient!

  • WebMD has a completely free program, you enter your info and they give you what, when, how much, you can track what you ate, the water you drank and the system will tell you how many calories you have had and how many more you can eat that day. Really nice program. Makes you wonder why everyone else charges for that info. Go to then select from blue tabs across the top "Eating & Diet", then scroll down to "Food & Fitness Planner" (yeah sure, they could have made it an easier path, but I guess someone calculated the calories we burn by searching for it) Best wishes :)

I just have a log book I use, I rarely have time to log into a site and type it all down. But I can jot things down while helping my son with homework or giving the kids a bath
