  • 1 Benedryl. It has no side effects . . completely safe to take. They actually use it in hospitals to help patients get to sleep. Just DO NOT take two. Two will hype you up. Weird little unknown fact.

  • Melatonin doesn't do much for me, I like Ambien.

  • I find that 600 mg of calcium just before bed does the trick.
