My 7 month old son keeps getting stuck in the railing of his crib.

Sometimes he wakes up crying because an arm or a leg gets stuck in the railing of his crib. Its not stuck stuck, he just doesn't know how to pull it out. I had a bumper pad around it but it didn't work. Any ideas?

  • My son did the same thing. I ended up getting a crib tent. There's one that has the netting so that they cannot get their arms/legs stuck, plus it covers the top of the crib so that they cannot climb out or pets cannot get in. They're expensive, but I found one on my local FreeCycle and got it for free. It's worth looking into. Maybe you can find one on CraigsList or something.

  • He's about 17 lbs. He tosses and turns a lot in his sleep. Sometimes I wake up to him crying and see an arm sticking thru. I have a photo of the crib... IDK how to post it on here though...
