Getting my son to drink has been a struggle..

Ds is 10 months. He had his flu shot on Monday. Since then it's been a huge struggle to get him to drink. My son has the wet diapers only because I try so hard. His idea of drinking is one--maybe two little sips. After that he pushed the drink away and fusses.

He is on the sippy btw and hasn't had the bottle in over 2 months.

  • See if he'll drink better through a straw.

  • forgot to mention he has new teeth breaking through. I added a little cereal to his formula(just enough so it won't be too big of a mess) and I spooned it to him

  • Teeth plus shots = reluctant feeder. I would NOT give more cereal since he's not drinking much. That could lead to constipation.
