  • I'm anxious for Spring to get here.I'm just itching to get out and plant flowers and stuff!

Summer,I dread. The heat and humidity gets horrible here. The gnats and mosquitoes will ruin any outdoor activities, and hurricane season starts June 1st,so have to put up with that.Being a Hurricane Katrina survivor,I always get a bit nervous during hurricane season.I never used to before.Oh,and another thing, the power bills will be ugly too, once we have to start using the AC all the time.So I guess I'm just an old summer sour puss :( But,then again,I don't have to deal with the awful cold and snow storms during the winter that a lot of you do.So I can see how summer can be a real blessing to most of you.
