ok guys im just 6 months pg with my 3rd... i know this is gonna seem vain but whatever... my arms feel a little flabby to me .. do u think its ok to lift some teeny weights ( like 5 lbs) my 2 yr old who i carry all the time is 26 lbs lol so im not worried about any harm to the baby bc im not gonna be bench pressing or anything... any tips or thoughts
