  • We can't wait to spend time with each other every night when the kids (we have 3 also) go to bed at 7:30. Even if all we have the energy to do is cuddle, it usually leads to more.

  • Saturday -- or whatever day that you and he both are home together ALL day..... do this.... one gets up earlier than usual and gets the kids up with them. The other gets up at regular getting up time. Do your normal thing.... but then the one who got up first get's to take a nap, mid-afternoon.... the other get's a nap late-afternoon..... (if the kids usually get a nap - cut it 30 minutes short and get em up) Then do your evening stuff one hour earlier than you normally would. (dinner is usually at 6, tonight it's at 5)... put the kids to be one hour earlier than you normally would. (Now mom and dad have an hour to enjoy each other's company). {{ It's not a plan for every day of the week - but if you really want some time for coupling, it's worth the sacrifice every now and then}} Used to do this once a month so that I could try to have catch-up time with the EX... it works if you work it.
