What would happen if dont eat all day??

Ive been on a diet for like a week now, but everyday dat goes by i eat less nd less. i havent ate all day today nd im not hungry at all!! i really dont think this is healthy...

  • you get a headache and your metabolism slows- not a great idea especailly if you want to lose weight.

  • It's not healthy. You have to fuel your body to function. Just like a car needs gas or electricity to work, your body needs food.
    Make sure your drinking water, cut up fruits and veggies for snacking and lean meats/protiens, low fat dairy products and whole grain breads for the rest of the time. :)

  • I have forgotten to eat before lol.. but it's not good for ya at all. When i don't eat.. i get a bad headache.. and get really tired.. irritable.. And if i haven't eaten for a VERY.. long time.. i will start to get nauseous.

  • When you don't eat your body slows the metabolism. It essentially goes into starvation mode. It is not healthy in anyway. Your body chemistey can get screwed up pretty quickly. Scramble an egg, eat a piece of toast and grab an apple. You actually have to feed your body to lose weight effectively.

  • you need to eat..that's exactly why diets DON"T work...period...your metabolism slows down and you will actually begin to gain weight. You should go to a doctor and see if there isn't something else going on, because no, it's not healthy.
