  • No. I typically eat a small serving of oatmeal made with skim milk, with a banana in it before leaving the house, then have a yogurt or some fruit for a mid-morning snack. I'm always hungry in the morning, but can't eat a large amount of food.

  • No I keep it within 300 calories or so....typically an egg white omlette with veggies and half of a whole grain light english muffin

  • Some mornings i may have a bowl of oatmeal and drink 1 percent milk and bottled water. And other mornings i may have eggs, toast, grape jelly, sausage. It just all depends on what i'm in the mood for on that particular morning.

  • I keep breakfast simple. I either have a bowl of organic oatmeal (that is not instant) w/flaxseed meal, honey, cinnamon and vanilla or a bowl of organic cereal with flaxseed meal and a small glass of Kefer w/honey, cinnamon, vanilla and flaxseed meal mixed in. I always eat excatly 1 hour after I wake up which is supposed to be the best time to eat. Calories I don't worry about...I focus on the type of calories vs. the amount.

  • Usually just a healthy cereal with a banana and some coffee, but about once or twice a week we have eggs.
