What types of foods?

Should I eat since I'm breastfeeding?? I'm still taking prenatals. But what kinds of foods should I eat to pass along more good things to my baby??

  • i personally ate anythign i wasnt a big health freak but i didnt eat lots of junk food either..make sure u drink lots of water otherwise your baby will be dehydrated

  • I am a vegetarian and have never changed my diet, I know I eat more when she is going through a growth spurt. I get hungry and i know my body is telling me I need more. Like someone said up there make sure you are drinking plenty of water, it's important for building a good milk supply
