  • Absolutely. I'm not a happy camper without a real breakfast. I make oatmeal most mornings, or an egg scramble with toast.

  • Yes, but I should try to do better than a granola bar and coffee on some days. Other days I have oatmeal or toast. The last couple of days I have been eating yogurt with cereal/granola

  • I pretty much never eat breakfast, or lunch. And it hasn't had any negative effects on me, so I'm not changing it. =]

  • I eat 2 breakfasts most days - I get up to get on the roade by 5:30, and grab something quick on the way out the door - oatmeal, a couple homemade muffins, somethign like that. Then when I get home, I make another breakfast (eggs & toast, or heat up some leftovers, so it's not always breakfast food) around 8:30-9.
