Gripe water?

Has anyone used gripe water and does it work well?

  • Yes, used it and liked it. My baby seemed to take to the taste as well, that sweet ginger and fennel. It also helped with his hiccups, not all the time, but some times LOL And like many other things, he didn't need it for a long time

  • Gripe water is NOT homeopathy. It's actually more like herbal medicine. The main ingredients in Gripe water are ginger and fennel. Fennel is what gives black licorice it's flavor. Licorice has a LONG history of being used to treat tummy aches and it works quite well. Ginger has been proven better than over the counter medicines for nausea.

    We have used it for tummy aches and for hiccups. It works quite well for us.
