How do I relieve hiccups for my one month old?

My baby has been getting hiccups at least once a day since she was born. Sometimes they are very stong ones, and they make her spit up a little. She gets very aggited when she gets them and I wish I could make them stop!! If you have experience with this PLEASE HELP!!

  • I've had 4 children...I find letting them suck helps. It is just something that happens.

  • I tried Gripe Water. Sometimes it helped, but when they were really bad I think time was the best thing. Tried a pacifier, but my son would not and still doesn't take one. We also have tried warm water with just a teeny bit of a pinch

  • Gripe water helped us. I knew before my daughter was born that she hated the hiccups. Once she arrived, I was desperate for something to calm her screams. Gripe water worked every time for us.
