  • Easter is easy. We all gather at my Moms house and everyone makes a salad. My buys some rolls and makes her Georgia Peach Cake. Last year I brought Taco salad, My sister brought a cobb salad, between my brothers and cousins we also had a macaroni salad, a fruit salad, and a Waldorf salad. It always turns out nicely.

  • Gosh, I haven't thought about it. A pot roast sounds good, though.

  • We're going to do lamb. Cole slaw. And some sort of light dessert, maybe strawberry short cake. Not 100% sure on the final details yet.

I really prefer to keep Easter dinner "light and seasonal". So, the lambs are appropriate with it being spring, then cole slaw and that's fresh and chilled, unlike colder holidays I would serve all warm food.
