Anyone ever tried to use a sauna suit for weight loss? Did it seem to help?

  • All that will do is dehydrate you. That's REALLY not a safe (or effective) way to try to lose weight, especially in the long run. Try eating right and exercising. It's not a quick fix, but no quick fix is permanent. Weight loss is WORK, and you have to be willing to put the work forth if you want to see results, and be healthy about it. I've been eating clean for the last year, and I've lost about 50 lbs so far.

  • Those aren't very healthy. With a healthy diet and regular exercise, you will lose weight easily and will have a better chance of keeping it off. I've been losing weight successfully for the past few weeks and feel better than ever. If you need support or advice don't be afraid to contact me.

  • No, you just sweat, which is water loss...first cup of water you drink puts it right back into your system.
