I recently found some london broil on sale.

  • And here is a slow cooker recipe...

    1 1/2 pounds London broil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1.Place the London broil in a slow cooker; add the garlic, mushroom soup, water, basil, oregano, and salt; cover; cook on low 6 to 7 hours.

  • I used this recipe, its pretty good if u like tomatoes. I although perfer seasoned tomatoes like the basil amd garlic and petite cut tomatoes

    1 (2 pound) top round London broil
    1 (28 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
    garlic salt to taste
    1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    2.Place the roast in a roasting pan, pour stewed tomatoes over it, and season with garlic salt.
    3.Roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until fork tender. Let stand for about 10 minutes at room temperature before carving and serving.
