Is there an exercise where you can work all of the muscles?

Including the pinky toe...lol
LOL...I know I am exaggerating but I want to work every muscle in my body. Yes I do exercise but the other night I went dancing and omg I was sore I was hurting where I never knew there were muscles...lol
I must have danced all night...I loved it ( I felt like John Travolta on Saturday Night Fever )...well not so muchdico but alittle of everything...it was a fun and very good workout ;)
