  • Mouthwash after generally. We use two actually. He uses the "Inspector Hector" that tints your plague first and then he uses a fluoride rinse afterward

  • i would say no it contains alcohol and you can smell it!!! We use smart rinse

  • Well my girls use a before and after. The before one is called Agent Cool Blue and it basically your teeth blue to point out all the plaque so they can brush it off. It's safe so no harm there. :)
